This is Halloween

I found some useful information from the net I will share with you about Halloween. Halloween's roots can be traced back to Celtic culture in Ireland. According to their "Druid" religion, November 1st was New Years' on their calendar. The celebration would begin on October 31st ,and last into the following day. The spirits of all who died in the prior year, would rise up and roam the earth on this night.
This is an evil night when spirits roamed the streets and villages. Lord Samhain, the lord of Darkness, would arrive in search of the spirits to take them to the underworld.
Halloween as it is currently celebrated with costumes, trick or treat, and superstitions, takes from this Druid Holiday.

All Hallows Eve Halloween was commonly referred to as "All Hollows" Eve. It originated from the pagan holiday honoring the dead. The Roman Catholic Church created All Saints Day (also called Hallomas) on November 1st to honor Saints and All Souls Day on November 2and to honor and pray for the souls of the dead. These holidays were created by the church, in part to downplay the pagan holidays. Needless to say, it did not succeed. Halloween as we know it today, has grown from the ancient Druid Holiday. Along the way both fun, frights, and Satanic twists have been added to the mix.

A Really Big Show Halloween is second only to Christmas in spending. Consumers spend over $2.5 Billion during Halloween. That's a whole lot of candy, costumes, decorations, and party goods.
Like Christmas, Halloween is steeped in traditions. While Christmas can be a stressful period, Halloween is all about fun. People really get into the Halloween tradition and "spirit". Some religions are against celebrating Halloween, citing it's roots in ancient Druid religion. While this is true, Today's Halloween celebrations are all about fun, with a generous amount of imagination just like SANTA CLAUSE! Have fun, dress up ,don't have rituals and burn children and you won't be doing any evil. HaHa bet that burned some asses. I hate when people in this time of age act like we are hell bound for silly UNKNOWN things like this,oh my! burn em at stake or off with their heads, now who's evil? Have fun people, trick or treat, want a mars bar?

Samhain the Lord of Darkness
The Druid religion of Celtic tribes worshiped Samhain, the Lord of Darkness. The Druid New Year began on November 1st, as the hours of nighttime were growing significantly over the hours of sunlight. Hence, Lord Samhain reigned over the long winter months as the influence of the Sun god receded.

Pumpkin's Roots Pumpkins have inhabited the planet for thousands of years. They originated in Central America. They were used then (and now) as a food crop. Over the course of centuries, pumpkins spread their vines across all of North and South America. When Europeans arrived in the New World, they found pumpkins plentiful and used in cooking by Native Americans. They took seeds back to Europe where they quickly became popular.

Phasmophobia

Do you have phasmophobia? This is the fear of ghosts. If you do, please exit this page, QUICKLY! Just messing with you ,but seriously I write about paranormal things and it can get creepy in here.

Ghosts have haunted people and places on all the continents of the world, since the beginning of time. For the doubters among us, there is ample documentation and proof to show that ghosts do indeed exist.  Documentation through the century's and eye witnesses accounts lend proof positive to the existence of ghosts. So if your here to be a ridiculing feces flinger leave and let me be crazy all on my own. Like I have said before if you believe in GOD and HEAVEN and hell you believe in life after death, yes ghostys even if they are all demons pretending to be a loved one, they do sometimes show up uninvited and people do see them.I don't play cards and sip a night cap with them but I do know evil from good. And I am not evil by asking a spirit what it wants and if God will come in the flesh etc. It's not like I stand around talking to the air all the time only sometimes hahaha! BOO!

A ghost is a person who has died, and is stuck in between this world and the next. This in between place is often called the "Netherlands" or "Nether World". There are a number of reasons why a person gets caught between worlds. The most common of these are a curse placed upon them, or unfinished business in this world. (yeah just like on the movie CASPER) Whatever the reason, they may remain caught between worlds anywhere from a few hours to hundreds of years.I however never have believed a ghost dose not know they are dead BULLSHIT! they have to, come on they are without their normal fleshy body. Something else holds them here I think. THINK not know!
As you know, a ghost can be good or bad. They mostly go about their business, looking to finish something they were supposed to do before prematurely leaving earth or checking in on the living. Who knows, none of us have died to know for sure, that's why it's so damn interesting!

Helpful Tips: When you suspect a ghost is nearby, light a candle. If the flame turns blue, you have definitely have company. (I have never tried this maybe I will, and record it)

:If you feel a numbing rather silent feel in the air that stops you in your tracks, ask what do you want or I know you are here. You may get a sign such as a noise or a flinging object. And this is true.

Ectoplasm

Ectoplasm is said to be produced by physical mediums when in a trance state. This material is excreted as a gauze-like substance from orifices on the medium's body and spiritual entities are said to drape this substance over their nonphysical body, enabling them to interact in our physical universe.
Although the term is widespread in popular culture, the physical existence of ectoplasm is not accepted by science. Some tested samples purported to be ectoplasm have been found to be various non-paranormal substances. Other researchers have duplicated, with non-supernatural materials, the photographic effects sometimes said to prove the existence of ectoplasm.

Who can forget the all famous scene in Haunting From Connecticut, featuring the young man with ectoplasm pouring out of him ?

Ectoplasm dose not just come out of mediums it can be caught on film anywhere.
I myself do not believe that this substance comes from people and if something is caught on film like this it is not of a solid form it would have to be a spirit trying to manifest. I have no clue but anyone can put pillow stuffing in their mouth, take a picture, and call ectoplasm.

It was said when people held seances someone would make a connection with the dead and ectoplasm would escape their body.

I think this woman has a sheer curtain or cloth in her mouth, you can see the hemmed sewing line on the sheer fabric.
This is so fake and very funny
Maybe a big doily bunched and rolled up to get this effect, I can see the laced pattern.

If your going to fake it at least make it half way believable.

Victorian Post Mortem Photograhpy

A picture of a young Victorian mother holding her child. But look closely the child seems to be sleeping, no, the child is dead.
Post mortem is the practice of photographing the recently deceased.

The invention of the daguerreotype in 1839 made portraiture much more commonplace, as many of those who were unable to afford the commission of a painted portrait could afford to sit for a photography session. This cheaper and quicker method also provided the middle class with a means for memorializing dead loved ones.
These photographs served less as a reminder of mortality than as a keepsake to remember the deceased. This was especially common with infants and young children; Victorian era childhood mortality rates were extremely high, and a post-mortem photograph might have been the only image of the child the family ever had. The later invention of the carte de visite, which allowed multiple prints to be made from a single negative, meant that copies of the image could be mailed to relatives.
The practice eventually peaked in popularity around the end of the 19th century and died out as "snapshot" photography became more commonplace, although a few examples of formal memorial portraits were still being produced well into the 20th century.

So yes people could not always afford a photo so when a loved one died it would be the last chance to save an image of the dead before they were laid to rest. I myself feel it is OK maybe to take a photo of someone in a coffin or on the bed with flowers a photo when you KNOW THEY ARE DEAD. I find it sickening to pose the dead as if they were still alive.I have read up on how they posed the dead standing as in the picture below.

The boy standing is indeed dead. They used what looked like a Barbie Doll stand to hold him up , two belts with a tightening devise surround his chest and pelvis under his clothing and behind the cover behind the children is a large balancing devise to hold him up. Look at the little girls face, she seems spooked to me. OF COURSE she is ! Her dead brother is standing next to her like a doll on display with his hand around her. I feel this kind of photography is plain WRONG!

I may want a picture if I had a child who died like a still born, someone I would never get to know but NEVER in a pose.

In some cases the eyes would be painted on the photo to look as if they were alive and MOST of the time the eyes were opened purposely to take the photo.

The post mortem photographers usually made a child look asleep.
I personally could not even imagine holding my dead child and posing for a picture, so sad. And eyes open in this one I could never do this.

I think the eyes should be closed in respect for the dead child.

Dead Child posed to be sitting and painted on eyes.

Lots of children died in this age from illness, it was not uncommon to have more then one child die                    a day.

Lots of Baby's fell ill and died. Still birth was very common in sick women.

Vortex

The gateway to the physical and spirit realms is known as vortex. This can be present in homes and we may not be aware of it.

Seasoned psychics and mediums can point out where they are located; especially in houses or flats where paranormal activity is extremely high.

These vortexes are known to be present on lands or houses where people have played with the Ouija board.  Users do it for a kick and then open the unknown portal through which dark forces come out and encourage other lower hellish level souls to come in freely. Then they play havoc with the people residing there. But not all souls are of a hellish realm some are of God and do have a message for the living.

Mirrors are also known to be gateways to the other side and can work both ways from either sides provided one knows how to channel it correctly and then close it.

Vortexes  exist , we cannot see them with our naked eye. Some paranormal researchers class vortex along with orbs as manifestations of spirits. Vortexes can sometimes appear as anomalous whirlwind shaped objects on photographs taken in many active areas of HAUNTED places.
